General size guidelines: - Revenues of $10mm - $100mm - EBITDA of $2.0mm - $10.0mm - Enterprise Value of $10mm - $65mm Alturus can pursue larger transactions on an opportunistic basis by leveraging our network of like-minded investors. Geography - Domiciled and primary activity in the United States Transaction Types - Majority buy outs - Founder-led recapitalizations - Growth equity
