Newfund is a $300M entrepreneurial VC firm dedicated to pre-seed and seed investments in France and North America, in companies driving global change.

Founded in 2008 by François Véron and Patrick Malka, Newfund is an early-stage investment fund with $260 million AUM, subscribed by entrepreneurs and family offices involved in entrepreneurial development. Newfund is also one of the only early-stage French VC funds present in the United States, in Los Altos, CA, with more than 20 participations.
As of January 2019, Newfund has more than 70 active participations, including Aircall, Greenkub and FlexyBeauty. The fund made about 14 significant exits, including Luckey Homes (by Airbnb), Medtech SA and Mobpartner.
We invest from Seed to Series A. We do follow-on.
We actively support the companies in which we invest to overcome the challenges on the road to success.
